Returns

We really hope you enjoy your product from Oh Wonder Calligraphy, however, if you are not entirely happy please email us to arrange a return: thestore@ohwondercalligraphy.com please make sure to email to arrange before sending the item.

We are unable to offer returns on personalised items unless there has been a mistake on our end.

Returns procedure

You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 10 working days from the day you receive your items. The items must be returned unopened and in a saleable condition.

We are unable to refund products that are lost or damaged in transit so we recommend sending your unwanted products via recorded delivery.

Once the returned item is back with us we will notify you of your refund via email within 5 working days and will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. We will refund the price of the products in full, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been processed and obtain a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order: thestore@ohwondercalligraphy.com

coronavirus notice

The Calligraphy Store is continuing to stay open during this time. As a home based business we can continue to do this safely and are minimising our post office trips as much as we can. Our current dispatch time is within 7 working days however we are currently experiencing an increase in orders and appreciate your understanding that there may be delays. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail who despite their best efforts may experience some disruptions. Thank you so much for your support and understanding during these unprecedented times. L x
