Processing times

All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days, it is usually quicker however this timeframe allows time for any handmade inks to be made. If you require an earlier dispatch date please contact us before ordering your items and we will do what we can to help. 

If you fail to provide us with the correct information when ordering this could lead to a delay in your order being processed.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, orders which are returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect will be recharged postage.

Deliveries within the UK

All shipping costs are based on weight which is calculated at the checkout. We offer tracked24 and tracked48 for small parcels and large letters and there are also untracked options for large letters. Please note that the delivery service chosen does not affect the processing time - please contact us if you need your parcel quickly.

All parcels over 100g are sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48 which are fully tracked service. 24 aims to be delivered within 1-2 working days and 48 within 3 working days however due to covid-19 delays it can take up to 15 working days before it is considered lost in transit. Please be patient with your postie they have been under extreme pressure the past couple of years.

International deliveries

Please note we are currently only offering tracked services outside the UK. All shipping costs are based on weight which is calculated at the checkout and world zone.

World Zone 1 covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe or World Zone 2. It generally covers countries in North America (excluding USA), South America, Africa, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2 includes the following countries - Australia, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Kiribati, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Macao, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu

World Zone 3 is the USA.

We only send via courier to countries in The Middle East. Please contact us for a quote.

Postage costs are based on weights and will fall between the following amounts
Europe - £10.50 to £15.25
Zone 1 - £12.80 to £25.15
Zone 2 - £14.20 to £30.40
Zone 3 - £13.40 to £31.35

If you would like your parcel quicker then there is the option for a courier which usually takes less than 7 working days. All parcels over 2kg must be sent via courier. Due to the fact that a lot of couriers prohibit the shipment of liquids by air we do not have courier prices listed. If no shipping options are showing please contact us for a quote.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail with Tracked International delivery. 

International deliveries usually take 10-15 working days but can take up to 32 working days. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Orders outside of the UK may be charged local VAT and customs, this is the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please note all delivery times, unless stated, are based on working days referring to Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Lost Deliveries

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us with your name, order number and full address and we will look into it straight away. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after expected delivery for UK deliveries, and up to 32 working days for international orders. We cannot claim the delivery lost, and therefore refund or send replacements until that time has passed.

If you are not in when your order is delivered Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. This card will give you the details of how to pick up the order and will provide a specified period that pick up is available. Royal Mail keep these parcels for 18 working days and then they are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us we will need to charge for re-posting the items to you.

Post Delays

Due to ongoing strike action within Royal Mail there are post delays worldwide, please understand that this is out of our control, and whilst we will do our best to keep our customers informed of any delays once the packages are in the postal system it is out of our control.
