There may be postal delays worldwide as various precautions are put in place. Please understand that this is out of our control, and whilst we will do our best to keep our customers informed of any delays it is impossible to keep up with all the changes.
All orders should be dispatched within 3-5 working days however this may vary depending on the item. If you require an earlier dispatch date please contact us before ordering your items and we will do what we can to help. Please note that personalised items will take slightly longer to be shipped.
If you fail to provide us with the correct information when ordering this could lead to a delay in your order being processed.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, orders which are returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect will be recharged postage.

Standard delivery is sent Royal Mail 2nd class untracked and there is an option to upgrade and post via Royal Mail 1st class. Royal Mail quotes 3-5 working days from dispatch for 2nd class orders but could take up to 15 working days before it is considered lost in transit.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail with Tracked International delivery.
International deliveries usually take 10-15 working days but can take up to a month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Orders outside of Europe may be charged a customs fee, this is the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Please note all delivery times, unless stated, are based on working days referring to Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us with your name, order number and full address and we will look into it straight away. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after postage for UK deliveries, and up to 20 working days for international orders. We cannot claim the delivery lost, and therefore refund or send replacements until that time has passed.
If you are not in when your order is delivered Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. This card will give you the details of how to pick up the order and will provide a specified period that pick up is available. Royal Mail keep these parcels for 18 working days and then they are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us we will need to charge for re-posting the items to you.
